There are often times when I don’t feeling like making a dinner based on a meat entree. It’s possible that I’m losing my taste for meat. Or I also think more about what’s involved in getting the meat I see in my grocery store from the animal to the shelf. I wonder if I would eat any meat if I had to go out and hunt it down myself. On the other hand, I’m not sure I’m ready to give up my chicken cutlets or the occasional grilled cheeseburger forever. Most of all I do think a more vegetarian diet has a lot of health benefits worth considering.

If you have ever sampled the delights of Caribbean cuisine, then you know that it is infused with delightful herbs and spices and flavors found in different parts of the world. This is because the history of the Caribbean is inflected with different cultures, East and West.
If you have already been introduced to Caribbean food, then you are someone who knows how delicious it is, however perhaps you have not yet realized how easy it is to cook Caribbean recipes at home in your very own kitchen.

Is rice a healthy food for you? Since it is categorized as one of the starchy foods such as breads and pasta, people usually think that rice is fattening but in truth, they are not. Unless you want to increase the overall calories, you should avoid adding fats such as cheese and oil. So rice is in fact good for you as it is a good source of carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals.

If you have recently purchased your own home espresso machine, you might be looking for accessories for it. There are some basic “must haves” and there are some really fun add-ons as well. Pick a few from this list to get you off on the right brewing foot.
The first add-ons that you need to get are your espresso making tools and at the top of this list is the espresso coffee grinder. Low end grinders use a blade to grind up the coffee beans and they do a fine job for course grounds. Burr grinders are higher quality grinders and they do a much better job when you need finer grinds for espresso. The blade grinders can also burn the coffee beans if they are used for a long time to make finer grinds.
